Our hospice team provides therapy services, emotional support, and other care services. We monitor pain and manage the symptoms of our clients. We also address their nutritional needs to ensure their well-being during their final days. Our team consists of healthcare professionals, health aides, therapists, social workers, caregivers, and volunteers who are all dedicated to providing quality care.
Our hospice team includes:
Skilled Nurses
Our nurses will continuously evaluate the patient’s current condition and needs during regularly scheduled visits. Triage nurses are available around the clock to assist the patient with any questions, concerns, or condition changes. Management of other important health aspects such as rest, relaxation, proper nutrition, and treatment for other existing conditions through medication is one of the priorities in our pursuit to achieve excellence in hospice care. We strive to maintain patients free of pain and discomfort during these challenging times.
Medical Social Workers
Medical Social Workers are made available to patients and their families to assist in the process of bereavement. Our team of professionals will assist the patient and their family members in identifying available local services and resources for additional support as well as promoting the patient’s emotional well-being during this difficult time.
Spiritual Counselors
